- Telenor SIM data — any Telenor Pakistan number

- Ufone SIM data — any Ufone number
Check SIM Data by CNIC Number
In Pakistan, every SIM links to a CNIC. That is why live tracker CNIC number checks matter.
- PTA allows only a limited number of SIMs per CNIC per operator.
- The official check: type your CNIC without dashes and send it by SMS to 668.
- You get back the count of active SIMs on your CNIC, per network.

Live Tracker SIM Data Pakistan: How It Works
When people search for live tracker SIM data Pakistan, they usually want one simple thing: quick SIM details for a Pakistani number, without visiting a franchise. That is exactly what a Pak SIM live tracker does — it checks a number against available SIM registration information and shows you the useful basics in seconds.
Here is how a live tracker Pak SIM data check works on this page:
- Enter the number. Type any Pakistani mobile number in the search box above — Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, or SCOM.
- The number is checked. The system reads the number’s prefix and available registration data to identify its network and SIM status.
- You see the result card. The result shows the network and general SIM details right on your screen. No app, no sign-up, no fee.
Pakistan’s system makes this possible because every SIM is registered against a CNIC with biometric verification. That registration record is what SIM data comes from. But remember the honest limit: a live tracker shows general details about a number — it does not show a stranger’s full name, CNIC, home address, or live location. Those records stay private by law, and only the CNIC holder can see their own complete record through PTA’s official channels (SMS your CNIC to 668, or visit cnic.sims.pk).
For a deeper walkthrough, read our guide on live tracker SIM data — it explains every step with examples. And if you want to audit the SIMs on your own CNIC, our SIM information system guide covers the 668 and 667 methods in full.
SIM Owner Details: What Can You See?
People often search SIM owner details online check by number. Here is the truth:
- Our tool shows available number details — like the network operator and general SIM info.
- For your own SIMs, PTA’s 668 service is the most reliable check.
- Other people’s personal data is protected by law. Use lookup tools fairly and never misuse anyone’s information. See our Privacy Policy.

What Pak SIM Data Includes — and What It Honestly Doesn’t
Many visitors ask the same question: “What will I actually see when I search a number?” Here is the honest answer. Some websites promise everything — full names, addresses, family records. Those promises are fake and often illegal. This section tells you what a Pak SIM data lookup can genuinely show, and what it cannot.
A quick note about us first: this website is not linked with NADRA, PTA, or any government entity. We explain publicly available data and official methods in simple words. We never sell personal data and we never offer paid lookups.
| What You Can See | What You Cannot See |
| The network operator of a number (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, SCOM, PTCL) | The full name of a stranger on a number you do not own |
| Hints about number validity and prefix (the first digits tell you the original network) | Someone’s full CNIC number or home address |
| Whether a number is ported — the current network may differ from the original prefix | Call history, SMS records, or message content |
| Guidance on official PTA checks for your own SIMs (668 SMS, cnic.sims.pk) | Live GPS location or real-time tracking of a person |
| Your own SIM registration details through official channels | Bank records, WhatsApp data, or any other private accounts |
If any website or person offers to sell you a stranger’s full name, CNIC, or address for a fee, treat it as a scam. Under PECA 2016, unauthorized access to personal data is a crime. Report such offers to the FIA Cybercrime Wing at complaint.fia.gov.pk or call 1991.
For a full breakdown of what is legally possible, read our SIM owner details guide — it explains the exact limits in plain language.
How SIM Registration Works in Pakistan
Every SIM in Pakistan is linked to a CNIC. This is not optional. PTA requires it for all networks. Understanding how this system works helps you see why SIM data exists — and why it is protected.
Step 1: You visit an authorized outlet. You cannot buy an activated SIM from a random street vendor. You must go to a franchise or customer service center of the network. These outlets have PTA-approved biometric devices.
Step 2: You show your original CNIC. The staff check your Computerized National Identity Card. For foreign nationals, a passport with a valid visa is used instead.
Step 3: Your fingerprints are scanned. This is called Biometric Verification (BVS). The scanner reads your fingerprints and NADRA checks them against its own record. Since December 2022, the system uses multi-finger verification (MFBVS), where the system picks which fingers to scan. The shop staff cannot skip or override this step — if the fingerprint does not match, the SIM is not sold.
Step 4: The record goes to PTA. Once NADRA confirms your identity, the network sends your record to PTA’s system for approval. Your SIM is then activated, usually within minutes at the franchise.
Step 5: The SIM is registered in your name. From this moment, that number is officially yours in PTA’s records. This is why the rule “every SIM links to a CNIC” is so strict — the link is created by a live fingerprint match, not by a form someone filled in.
The same biometric check applies to a duplicate SIM, an ownership transfer, a re-verification, and number portability. It also applies when you disown a SIM — the formal process of removing a number from your CNIC. PTA lists these as the transaction types that require biometric verification (see the official site at https://www.pta.gov.pk and NADRA at https://www.nadra.gov.pk).
Because of this system, the most reliable “SIM data” about any number is the official record — and that record is only fully visible to the CNIC holder through PTA’s own channels.
Check SIM Data by Network
Each mobile network in Pakistan has its own helpline, app, and service centers. Your network can tell you about YOUR SIMs — registration status, packages, and account details — after verifying your identity. No network will give you another person’s details over a call. Here is how to reach each one.
Jazz SIM Data
Jazz is Pakistan’s largest network, with number prefixes starting from 0300 to 0309. For your own Jazz SIM data, call the Jazz helpline at 111 from your Jazz number. Jazz staff can confirm your SIM registration status and help with biometric re-verification. You can also visit any Jazz franchise with your original CNIC for in-person verification. For a full network-specific walkthrough, read our guide on how to check Jazz number details and SIM owner information.
Zong SIM Data
Zong numbers start with 0310 to 0318. Call the Zong helpline at 310 from your Zong SIM for registration queries, or use the My Zong app to view your account and SIM status. If your Zong SIM was issued on an old or expired CNIC, visit a Zong service center with your renewed CNIC to re-verify. Our detailed walkthrough on checking Zong SIM owner details by number covers the official steps.
Telenor SIM Data
Telenor numbers run from 0340 to 0349. Dial 345 from your Telenor SIM to reach customer care for SIM registration and verification help. Telenor franchises across Pakistan handle biometric verification for new SIMs, duplicate SIMs, and ownership transfers. See our guide on how to check Telenor number details safely for the complete process.
Ufone SIM Data
Ufone numbers start with 0330 to 0337. The Ufone helpline is 333 from your Ufone number. Ufone’s service centers can verify your SIM registration and complete biometric checks for any account issue. You can also manage basic SIM information through the My Ufone app. Read our Ufone number details checking guide for step-by-step instructions.
SCOM SIM Data
SCOM, run by the Special Communications Organization, serves Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, with numbers starting 0355. Dial 355 from your SCOM number (available 24/7) for customer support. SCOM also runs an eCare portal and physical service centers in AJK and GB for biometric verification and registration queries. Our SCOM SIM owner details guide for AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan explains the regional process.
PTCL Number Details
PTCL covers landline numbers and EVO wireless devices. For PTCL helpline support, dial 1218. PTCL numbers use city area codes (such as 051 for Islamabad, 042 for Lahore, 021 for Karachi) rather than mobile prefixes, so a PTCL “SIM data” check looks different — it is about the landline or EVO connection registered at an address. Visit a PTCL One Stop Shop with your CNIC for connection and registration queries. Our PTCL number details checking guide covers area codes and official methods.
One useful trick for any network: if you have the SIM in your hand, send the word MNP as an SMS to 667. PTA’s reply shows the registered owner’s name, a partly masked CNIC, the network, and the activation date. This works on all networks and is the fastest way to verify a SIM you physically hold.
SIM Data vs CNIC Data vs Call Records: Know the Difference
People often mix up these three terms. They sound similar but mean very different things. Mixing them up leads to wrong expectations — and sometimes to scams.
| SIM Data | CNIC Data | Call Records | |
| What it is | The registration record of a mobile number — network, prefix, status | Identity record issued by NADRA — name, parentage, address, biometrics | Log of calls and SMS made from a number — who called whom, when, for how long |
| Who can access it fully | The CNIC holder, through PTA channels (668 SMS, cnic.sims.pk) | Only the CNIC holder, through NADRA | Only law enforcement with a court order — never the public |
| Can a website show a stranger’s version? | Only general details like network operator — never full personal data | No | Never |
| Official check | SMS CNIC to 668; portal at https://cnic.sims.pk | NADRA offices and the official NADRA site at https://www.nadra.gov.pk | Not available to citizens at all |
If you want to understand CNIC numbers themselves — what each digit means and which province a CNIC belongs to — try our CNIC information decoder. And if you are new to this topic, our SIM information guide explains the basics in simple words.
How to Keep Your SIM Data Safe
Your SIM data is tied to your CNIC. If someone misuses a SIM registered in your name, you can face legal trouble for calls you never made. Protecting your SIM data is protecting your identity. Follow this checklist:
- Run the 668 check every few months. SMS your 13-digit CNIC (no dashes) to 668. PTA replies with how many SIMs are on your CNIC, network by network. If you see a number you do not recognize, act fast.
- Use the free PTA portal for details. Visit https://cnic.sims.pk, enter your CNIC, and see a full breakdown of your registered SIMs. It is free and official.
- Never hand over CNIC copies carelessly. Photocopies of your CNIC are enough for fraudsters to attempt SIM registration. Share copies only with trusted, official offices — and write the purpose and date on the copy.
- Guard your fingerprints. Biometric verification is the key to your SIMs. Never place your thumb on an unknown device or share biometric data with strangers offering “free SIMs.”
- Disown unknown SIMs immediately. If the 668 check shows a SIM you never bought, visit that network’s franchise with your original CNIC and request SIM disowning. Complete the biometric check there. You can also file a complaint on PTA’s portal at complaint.pta.gov.pk or call the PTA helpline at 0800-55055.
- Keep your CNIC renewed. An expired CNIC can cause your SIMs to be blocked. PTA has blocked hundreds of thousands of SIMs issued on expired or invalid CNICs. Renew on time at NADRA.
- Know the SIM limit. PTA allows a maximum of 8 SIMs per CNIC in total — 5 voice SIMs and 3 data-only SIMs (dongles, tablets) — across all networks combined. If you hit the limit, new activations will be refused until you disown old ones.

FAQ Additions
(Append these five questions after the existing FAQs on the page.)
What is the difference between Pak SIM data and SIM owner details?
Pak SIM data is the broad term for a SIM’s registration record in Pakistan — its network, prefix, and status. SIM owner details usually means who the number is registered to. You can see general SIM data for any number, but the owner’s full personal details are private. Only the CNIC holder can see their complete record through PTA’s official channels. Our SIM owner details guide explains exactly where the line is.
Can I check SIM data for a number that was ported to another network?
Yes, but carefully. Number prefixes only tell you the original network. After Mobile Number Portability (MNP), a 0300 number might actually be on Zong. To find the current operator, send the number to 76367, or use the search tool on our homepage, which identifies the current network. Never trust the prefix alone when a number may have been ported.
Is it legal to look up someone else’s SIM data online?
Looking up general information like a number’s network is fine. But accessing or sharing someone’s private registration details — full name, CNIC, address — without consent is illegal under PECA 2016 and can lead to up to 3 years in prison. Only check your own SIMs through official methods like the 668 SMS or https://cnic.sims.pk, and never pay anyone who offers to reveal a stranger’s personal data.
How many SIMs can I register on one CNIC?
PTA allows a maximum of 8 SIMs per CNIC in total — 5 voice SIMs and 3 data-only SIMs — across all networks combined. If you try to activate more than the limit allows, the request is automatically refused. To see your current count, SMS your 13-digit CNIC without dashes to 668 — PTA replies within a minute with a network-by-network breakdown.
My SIM stopped working after my CNIC expired. What should I do?
First, renew your CNIC at NADRA — this is the step most people skip. Then visit your network’s franchise or customer service center with the renewed original CNIC and complete biometric verification. Most SIMs are reactivated during the same visit. If the franchise cannot resolve it, ask for a complaint number and escalate to PTA at complaint.pta.gov.pk or by calling 0800-55055.
How can I do a Pak SIM data check online?
You can do a Pak SIM data check in two ways. For a quick number lookup, enter the mobile number in the search box on this page — you will see its network and general SIM details in seconds, free and without an account. For your own SIMs, use PTA’s official check: send your 13-digit CNIC (without dashes) by SMS to 668, or open cnic.sims.pk and enter your CNIC there. The official check shows every SIM registered on your CNIC, network by network. If the list shows a SIM you never bought, visit that network’s franchise with your original CNIC and ask them to remove it.
Is there a live tracker SIM database for Pakistan?
Yes — a live tracker SIM database is the collection of SIM registration records that a tracker checks when you search a number. In Pakistan, the master record sits with PTA, because every SIM is registered against a CNIC at the time of biometric verification. A public tracker like ours works with generally available data from that system — enough to show a number’s network, prefix, and SIM status. It does not give public access to the full PTA database: a stranger’s name, CNIC, or address never appears in a public result. The only person who can see a complete record is the CNIC holder, through PTA’s own services like the 668 SMS check.
